Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth and establish strong relationships within the dental implants market in Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 

This is ideal for those who are eager to develop a career in medical device sales, particularly within restorative dentistry. 

The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical and business teams to promote high-quality dental implant solutions to dental clinics, laboratories, and specialists, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for dental implant products and related services.
  • Identify and qualify new prospects, build relationships with dentists.
  • Present product portfolios, demonstrate clinical benefits, and provide technical explanations to clinicians and staff.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, training sessions, and continuing education events for customers.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations with customers.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists to address customer needs, handle objections, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales activities, manage pipeline, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory considerations affecting implant dentistry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • minimum 2 YEARS of experience in Dental implants sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree (جامعي) from an accredited institution; preference for degrees in Dentistry, life sciences, healthcare, business, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language fluency is strongly preferred for local market communication.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to other locations as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport for regional and occasional international travel as applicable.
