Qiddiya seeks a dynamic and commercially minded Head of MarTech, Publishing & Products to lead the digital marketing technology, content, and publishing ecosystem within the Digital & Customer Experience (D*CE) organization.
This senior leadership role shapes the MarTech vision and drives operational excellence across Qiddiya’s omnichannel engagement landscape.
    Based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this role offers the opportunity to architect a world-class digital marketing infrastructure and publishing capability that powers personalized, scalable, and data-driven engagement across all customer touchpoints.
    You will oversee strategy and execution for the MarTech stack (Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Target, AEP/CDP), digital publishing operations, and marketing automation.
Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Data teams, you will ensure technology and content converge seamlessly to drive measurable guest engagement and ROI Key Responsibilities Define the MarTech strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned to Qiddiya’s customer engagement goals.
  Oversee publishing systems, CMS operations, and content performance optimization.
  Ensure MarTech and publishing tools are integrated, scalable, and enable personalization.
  Lead the delivery and optimization of Adobe Campaign, AEP, and related Martech solutions.
  Oversee digital content governance, templates, and workflows for consistency and quality.
  Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to deliver marketing programmed efficiently Drive integration between MarTech, CRM, and analytics to enable audience segmentation and targeting.
  Partner with Marketing and Insights teams to define performance KPIs and campaign attribution models.
  Use analytics to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
Lead a multidisciplinary team covering MarTech operations, publishing, and product ownership.
  Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to deliver cohesive, data-informed experiences.
  Represent MarTech and Publishing in Digital governance and executive forums.
Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
12+ years in MarTech or digital marketing leadership.
  Expertise in Adobe Campaign, AEP, Target, and Analytics.
  Proven experience managing CMS, content, and publishing workflows.
  Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability.
  Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
