Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Cleaner ( Janitor ) to support daily cleaning operations within our residential communities. This role requires hands-on cleaning experience combined with strong communication, coordination, and initiative to help maintain high operational and presentation standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, facilities, and shared spaces to required standards

• Support daily task coordination and operational coverage within the operations team.

• Communicate professionally with residents, maintenance, and management

• Identify, report, and follow up on cleanliness, safety, or operational issues.

• Monitor cleaning quality, materials, and equipment to maintain the overall hygiene, appearance, and integrity of the community.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تنفيذ أعمال النظافة اليومية للمناطق المشتركة والمرافق والمساحات العامة وفق المعايير المعتمدة.

• دعم تنسيق المهام اليومية وتغطية الحتياجات التشغيلية ضمن فريق العمليات.

• التواصل بشكل مهني واحترافي مع السكان و الزوار و فريق الصيانة واإلدارة.

• رصد مشكالت النظافة أو السالمة أو التشغيل، ورفع التقارير الالزمة ومتابعتها .

• مراقبة جودة أعمال النظافة والمواد والمعدات لضمان الحفاظ على النظافة العامة والمظهر العام وسالمة المجتمع السكني

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities services.

• Clear communication skills. • High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. • Professional and respectful approach when dealing with residents, guests, team members, and management

• Willingness to take responsibility beyond routine cleaning duties Additional Experience (Advantage)

• Experience in residential, hospitality, or similar environments

• Exposure to supporting a team leader or supervisor • Basic understanding of cleaning standards and reporting

• Positive attitude toward responsibility and improvement
