To lead and develop the Human Resources function by designing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s objectives and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development

• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee relations

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government regulations

• Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration

• Lead training and development initiatives

• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum [5] years of experience in HR, including managerial roles

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
