On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Administration & HR Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and HR-related activities, acting as a key point of contact between employees and management. The role includes managing employee affairs, coordinating government transactions, and ensuring smooth internal administrative processes. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between employees and management Handle employee affairs, records, and documentation Follow up on government-related transactions and platforms Manage contracts, renewals, and employee documentation Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Support attendance, leave management, and administrative records Assist with basic HR tasks and internal coordination Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field 3-5 years of experience in administration or HR support roles Experience handling government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business) Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law basics Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good command of Arabic and English
