Job Summary
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Ensure that all accounting records and financial data comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise a pool of accountants to ensure quality is sustained.
- Control and monitor the work of accountants.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile accounts that include multi-currency inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts.
- Highlight to management potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow.
- Perform general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work.
- Analyze financial information to identify trends, make recommendations, collect information, and prepare reports.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Saudi nationality is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting theory.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting/finance (CPA is a plus).
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Experience in management and finance.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
