We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operational performance of mall and hospitality assets within a professional facilities management environment. The role is responsible for ensuring service continuity, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and optimal asset performance across high-traffic facilities, in alignment with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations in accordance with approved SLAs, KPIs, and operational frameworks.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of MEP, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset uptime.
- Oversee contractors, service providers, and specialist vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance benchmarks.
- Enforce HSE, statutory, and regulatory compliance, including local authority requirements.
- Control operating budgets, monitor OPEX, and drive cost-optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management reviews.
- Lead, supervise, and develop facility management teams, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
- Support smooth operations in high-footfall environments, maintaining safety, reliability, and customer experience.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 10–12 years of proven experience in Facilities Management operations.
- Mandatory experience managing malls and hospitality facilities.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, MEP systems, and building operations.
- Solid understanding of SLA-based service delivery and KPI monitoring.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in structured, performance-driven environments.
