Job Purpose:

 

 

To execute & follow up all Brand and Category Marketing activities & Initiatives 

 

 

 

 

 

Customer insights & Behavioral: 

 

 

 

 

  • Assist and analyzing promotional activities and customer perception in partnership with category management and Strategic buying for analysis and needed improvement to ensuring alignment with Brand and perception. 

 

 

  •  Assist all offers and promotions are Implemented and compliant to marketing policies & process with alignment Brand Identity and Customer Perception 

 

 

 

 

Marketing insights & Development/ Communication: 

 

 

 

 

  • Assist and Ensures compliance of marketing activities against agreed brand identity guidelines

 

 

  • Assist in Execute Marketing and communication strategies as per company direction

 

 

  •   Assist and Participate in defining and developing the brand and Marketing strategy , implement and monitors progress towards agreed deliverables.

 

 

  •   Participate in developing the Yearly Calendar “Action Plan” for Each format based on the approved Marketing Strategy for the formats & Categoriey

 

 

  •  Monitor the execution of the In-Store Communication Strategy 

 

 

  •  Assure an activation plan is in place to support the format Shopping mission and value proposition 

 

 

  • Assure the internal process is in place for the in-house Agency workflow and the marketing brand team

 

 

  • Signs off the marketing campaigns/Leaflet, ensuring the designs, promotions and messages meet the event objective

 

 

  • Participate the production of TV adverts, newspaper, radio & Digital media liaising with art designers, copy writers, media buyers & printers

 

 

  • Work with 3rd party agencies & brief them on any upcoming theme, promo, activities & plans 

 

 

 

 

Range & Branding: 

 

 

 

 

  •  Assist in Execute marketing activities (tactical/seasonal and national) ad provide regular feedback to teams on key issues during implementation

 

 

  • Assist Executes promotion plan and coordinates category management and in-house agency on regular basis

 

 

  •  Follow brand guidelines and make sure it maintained in all their executed activities

 

 

  • Participate in the development of promo theme in partnership with category Management & Operations and Growth & Business Development team.  

 

 

  • Assist in Monitoring the implementation of agreed brand positioning and perception in all marketing activities in his/her format

 

 

  • Work closely with the Category management/Ops team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and Communication 

 

 

 

 

Categories Strategy  

 

 

 

 

  • Assist in Execute the agree action plans that support the implementations and objectives of category management strategies and objectives.

 

 

  • Assist in Execute and agree support plans for new stores and monitor performance till maturity achieved 

 

 

  • Manage and Monitor rationalization within promotional activities
