Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theoretical hair education sessions
Demonstrate up-to-date hair techniques in styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments
Assess trainees skills and provide constructive feedback
Develop lesson plans and adapt training methods to different learning needs
Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques
Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
Must-Have Requirements
Certified qualification in hairdressing/cosmetology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a hair professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in teaching or training
Proficiency in modern hair techniques and safety standards
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Experience in adult learning or curriculum development
Familiarity with digital teaching or e-learning tools
Arabic language skills
Previous experience in a training institute
Participation or recognition in hairdressing competitions
