Purpose of the Job:As part of Guideway and 3rd Rail subsystem in charge of 97 km of single track, 21 stations to maintain your role as a Maintenance Professional is to support the leader in ensuring Service availability thus Maintenance targets are achieved. Reporting to Guideway and 3rd Rail subsystem Leader you will be working with a team composed of multi skilled Maintenance Professional and engineers. While doing so you will be adhering to the requirements of HSE & AZDP policies.
Key Responsibilities :Participate to the Guideway and 3rd Rail internal and contractual Training to achieve highest performance To work in and grant safe working environment through respect of method statement, strict application of Permit to Work and Alstom safety rules. To follow the instructions of the hierarchy in order to meet the availability of the Guideway and 3rd Rail equipment To apply all planned and unplanned maintenance in time so to avoid any disruption of service. Ensure critical issues are identified proactively and communicate with your leader Follow up reporting and configuration change rules & process by using the proper tool. Report with transparency Ensure work is performed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Rules and Regulations, AZDP, Railway Group Standards, TOC Safety Case and ALSTOM Policies and Procedures & Code of Ethics. EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors. Use and promote Close Call Reporting.
Qualifications & Experience :3 years’ experience in Guideway and 3rd Rail maintenance Previous working experience of Multicultural teams Very good knowledge of railway products and systems,Clear reporting Professionalism in way of working
Technical Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of the Guideway and 3rd Rail system Sense of Urgency Problem solving and Analytical thinking Planning and Organizational skill to meet availability and reliability figures
