A real estate development company based in Riyadh is looking to hire a Contracts Specialist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all company contracts, including project-related and technical contractual matters. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage all company contracts (projects, contractors, consultants). Ensure contracts comply with technical, legal, and project requirements. Coordinate with engineering and technical teams regarding contract terms and conditions. Monitor contractual obligations and ensure proper implementation. Handle contract amendments, variations, and addendums when required. Requirements:3 to 5 years of experience in contracts management. Previous experience in real estate development companies is a must. Strong knowledge of project and technical contracts. High attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
