We are hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships for a high-growth technology company operating in the CX, AI, and data analytics space, supporting large enterprise and government clients across Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior, commercially driven role focused on building and scaling a strong partner ecosystem to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth in KSA.
Role Overview The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and managing strategic alliances that support enterprise sales, government engagements, and long-term growth. The role works closely with Sales, Enterprise BD, and Leadership to unlock complex, high-value opportunities through partners.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a KSA-focused partnerships strategy aligned with enterprise and government growth objectives Build and manage strategic relationships with:System integrators and consulting firms Technology and platform partners (CRM, CX, AI, cloud, data) Channel, reseller, and referral partners Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue Structure commercial models, joint GTM plans, and co-selling frameworks Support access to government and semi-government opportunities, navigating procurement and regulatory environments Enable partners through onboarding, training, and joint account planning Represent the organization in executive-level meetings, industry forums, and strategic initiatives Track partnership performance, KPIs, and ROI, continuously optimizing the ecosystem
Ideal Candidate Profile10–15+ years’ experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise business development Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government ecosystem Background in Saa S, AI, CX, CRM, or data-driven platforms Proven experience working with system integrators and strategic technology partners Strong commercial acumen and deal-structuring experience Comfortable engaging at C-suite and senior government stakeholder level Arabic and English proficiency highly preferred
