Job Purposemanage the CEO’s office with a high level of efficiency and professionalism, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing executive support in administrative, organizational, and operational tasks. The role also includes handling personal matters directly related to the CEO’s daily commitments while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Office Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, reports, and executive correspondence. Ensure timely follow-up on action items, decisions, and commitments made by the CEO.
Coordination & Communication Coordinate with senior management, board members, and government entities as required. Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and high-level events. Draft, review, and manage official communications on behalf of the CEO. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
Operational & Administrative Management Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and key initiatives linked to the CEO’s office. Support strategic projects by tracking progress and reporting status updates. Ensure alignment between the CEO’s office and internal departments. Handle office administration tasks related to approvals, documentation, and reporting.
Confidentiality & Governance Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and protocols. Support the CEO in interactions with boards, committees, and regulatory bodies when required.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, English Language, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in an executive support role (CEO Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar). Prior experience supporting C-level executives is mandatory.
