We are looking for a Design Specialist to contribute to the design of program structures, governance models, and operational frameworks. The role focuses on structured design thinking, aligning objectives, and converting strategic direction into clear, practical operating models. This is a hands-on specialist position focused on producing design outputs and frameworks, rather than managing teams or holding a senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities Support the design and development of:Operating models and governance frameworks. Program structures, standards, and methodologies. Facilitate structured workshops and working sessions with stakeholders. Translate high‑level objectives into practical, implementable frameworks. Contribute to the development of documentation, guides, and design artefacts. Work closely with delivery and subject matter experts to ensure design feasibility. Support early‑phase design and build activities.
Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years’ experience in:Service design, operating model design, or organizational design roles, or Consulting, transformation, or program design environments. Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions. Strong analytical thinking, structuring, and documentation capabilities. Proven ability to translate strategy into practical processes and frameworks. Full professional fluency in Arabic is required. Basic to intermediate English proficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
