Job Details

Key Responsibilities• Lead organizational design, job evaluations, and job descriptions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.• Design and manage performance management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.• Lead talent development, organizational learning, and succession planning initiatives.• Oversee recruitment partnerships, contracts, and programs such as Tamheer.• Monitor HR initiatives and analyze outcomes to improve organizational performance.
Strategy & Planning• Lead workforce planning and identify future human capital needs.• Support Human Capital strategy implementation and workforce readiness initiatives.
Budget & Governance• Align Center of Excellence budget with Human Capital priorities.• Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and market-aligned HR practices.
Talent Management• Drive integrated talent management, retention, rewards, and performance initiatives.• Partner with business units to deliver targeted learning and development programs.
Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).• 12 years’ experience (Bachelor’s), 10 years (Master’s), or 8 years (PhD).
