We are seeking an Impact Assessment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of practical impact measurement frameworks and indicators that demonstrate program outcomes at both organizational and sector levels. This role focuses on applied impact measurement and performance assessment rather than academic or theoretical research.
Key Responsibilities Support the design of:Impact measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs). Practical monitoring and evaluation (M&E) approaches. Advise on defining and measuring:Quality, capacity, and economic impact indicators. Review and validate impact data, methodologies, and reporting approaches. Contribute to the development of impact-related documentation, tools, and guidance. Provide input into impact reporting, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills7+ years of experience in:Impact assessment, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), or performance measurement roles. Demonstrated experience designing practical, usable KPIs and metrics. Familiarity with non-profit, social development, or public sector programs. Strong analytical, data interpretation, and documentation skills. Fluency in Arabic is required. English proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory. Relevant academic or professional qualifications in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
