We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fire Protection to lead and manage fire protection projects associated with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and related power infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, proven project management experience in Saudi Arabia, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Plan, manage, and execute fire protection projects from initiation to completion in compliance with SEC standards.

• Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, FM200, NOVEC, Sprinkler, etc.).

• Coordinate with Saudi Electricity Company, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards (NFPA, FM, UL), and project specifications.

• Review technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.

• Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and client communication.

• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are implemented and maintained on site.

• Manage variation orders, claims, and final project handover documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fire protection project management.

• Proven experience working on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, NFPA standards, and Saudi regulations.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Arab National (as per project/client requirements).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

• Good command of English.
