The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and execution of golf-related projects, ensuring they align with the overall vision of Qiddiya while meeting the expectations of both players and visitors.
Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning and development of golf facilities, including courses, practice areas, and amenities, ensuring an exceptional experience for players and visitors.
Collaborate with landscape architects, golf course designers, and other specialists to create innovative and sustainable golf environments.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify trends and opportunities within the golf industry that influence project development.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
Engage with local and international stakeholders, including golf associations and tourism bodies, to foster partnerships and enhance collaboration.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and creative solutions.
Promote innovative ideas for enhancing golfer engagement, and overall facility experience.
Foster relationships with sponsors, investors, and stakeholders to secure financial support for golf initiatives.
Stay informed on global trends in golf development and integrate best practices into Qiddiya’s golf projects.
Bachelor's Degree A minimum of 15 years of Development experience and must have extensive golf course development experience Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in budgeting and financial management for development projects.
Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices within the sports and recreation industry.
Familiarity with market trends in the golf sector and an understanding of customer preferences.
