As part of Qiddiya Investment Company's commitment to sustainable development and community engagement, the Assistant Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a vital role in executing the company’s CSR strategy and initiatives.
This position focuses on fostering positive relationships with the community while ensuring that CSR efforts align with the company’s values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of the corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Manage and coordinate CSR programs and initiatives that promote community welfare, environmental sustainability, and economic development.
Engage with community stakeholders and assess their needs to inform CSR activities and investments.
Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Communications) to ensure CSR initiatives are communicated effectively and integrated into the company culture.
Assist in organizing community outreach events, volunteer programs, and partnerships with non-profit organizations.
Maintain records of CSR activities, budgets, and documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.
Stay informed on trends and best practices within corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
Comprehensive benefits package Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, or related roles.
Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, particularly within the context of large-scale projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proficient project management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for community development and sustainability.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
