Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of dining services within a hospitality establishment, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
2. Manage menu planning, food preparation, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
3. Supervise and train staff members, including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
4. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to control costs.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
6. Handle customer feedback and resolve any dining-related issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service standards.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly.
5. Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to maintain high cleanliness standards.
6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
