Role Overview We are seeking a Clinical Sports Medicine Expert with hands-on experience working in elite or high-performance sports environments. This role focuses on providing practical, clinical expertise to support sports medicine programs, athlete health, and performance initiatives. The engagement is advisory in nature, requiring real-world experience rather than academic or research-only expertise.
Key Responsibilities Provide clinical input and expert guidance during workshops and working sessions Advise on injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for elite athletes Support development and refinement of sports medicine protocols and best practices Share applied experience from high-performance sports settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders (coaches, performance teams, leadership) Contribute to evidence-based decision-making for athlete health and performance
Required Experience Proven experience in clinical sports medicine within elite or high-performance sports environments Direct work with professional athletes, Olympic programs, national teams, or elite training centers Medical qualification in sports medicine, orthopedics, or related clinical specialty Strong practical, hands-on background (not academic-only)
