Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling Arib's financial products and services, effectively communicating with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients successfully navigate financing options. You will also conduct training sessions, manage sales processes, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve financial growth objectives and client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build trust. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed objectives. Ability to provide Training and mentorship to support team development and client education. Knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the context of digital brokerage. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and meeting client needs. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners Present ARIB’s financing solutions in a professional and consultative manner Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in sales or business development Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or brokerage is preferred Previous sales experience in Saudi Arabia (1–3 years) is required. Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and client behavior Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Results-driven with a high level of professionalism Ability to work independently and within a team
