Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).18–25+ years of experience in master planning and urban design, with a strong focus on hospitality, resorts, golf course communities, and large-scale developments. Proven leadership of landmark hotel, resort, golf, and master-planned community projects. Experience in the Middle East and strong understanding of Saudi development regulations. Track record working with top-tier international design firms and hospitality brands.
Preferred Attributes Experience on Vision 2030 tourism, resort, or giga-scale projects. Background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle destinations, or branded residences. Ability to operate at both executive and technical leadership levels.
