TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in an experienced, client-facing and confident Business Development Solution Specialist, working in our new office in Saudi Arabia.Job Purpose: As a Business Development Solution Specialist, your primary purpose is to support the sales team in driving revenue, by providing technical expertise and demonstrating the value and capabilities of software products or solutions to prospective clients. Your role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering persuasive presentations that showcase how the software can meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions and proposals, addressing customer concerns and providing technical guidance throughout process. By effectively articulating the features, benefits, and potential ROI of the software, you will contribute to closing deals, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all Business Development activities including responding to Tenders / RFPs / Bids, Presentations and Demos.
-Maintaining excellent relationship with our existing and prospective Customers, Partners and Vendors including direct relationship with Microsoft.
-Fully responsible for Business Development activities within the Gulf Region as well as supporting UK and EU region opportunities.
-Work with the Sales team to identify, understand, clarify and document customer requirements.
-Build and develop proposals and solutions for our customers supported by our wider TechLabs London team, working alongside various Team members including working directly with Leadership team to ensure complete high-quality proposals are produced based on Client requirements and Tender documentation.
-Being proactive, responsive and working on your own initiative is critical for this role to succeed.
-Actively participating in bidding conferences, dialogue sessions and presentations as required.
