The Junior Operations Manager oversees and optimizes Blacklane’s dedicated fleet and chauffeur operations across key KSA markets, primarily
Riyadh. This role ensures premium service delivery by managing teams, collaborating with suppliers, and maintaining high operational standards. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring fleet readiness, service quality, and supplier performance to support business growth in the region.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Manage Fleet & Chauffeur Operations
Within Blacklane’s operational guidelines and regional service standards (frame), manage and optimize fleet and chauffeur operations in Riyadh (performance) to deliver a consistent, luxury Blacklane experience (deliverable).
Ensure Seamless Booking Fulfillment
Aligned with booking procedures and SLAs (frame), work closely with LSP Supervisors in Riyadh and Jeddah (performance) to ensure on-time, high-quality fulfillment of all ride requests (deliverable).
Drive Supplier & Chauffeur Excellence
Within Blacklane’s supplier-management framework (frame), collaborate with local suppliers and chauffeurs (performance) to consistently exceed service standards across KSA rides (deliverable).
Manage Airport Operations
Adhering to airport protocols and Blacklane procedures (frame), oversee on-ground operations at King Khalid International Airport (Riyadh) (performance to ensure flawless arrivals, departures, and guest handling (deliverable).
Conduct Quality & Availability Audits
Using Blacklane quality audit tools (frame), perform regular checks on chauffeur availability, readiness, and service quality in both cities (performance) to maintain world-class standards (deliverable).
Coordinate Incident & Issue Resolution
Within Blacklane’s escalation and safety processes (frame), manage communication and resolution with LSPs and chauffeurs during operational issues in Riyadh or Jeddah (performance) to ensure swift recovery and service continuity (deliverable).
Support Regional Business Targets
Aligned with KSA business goals and event requirements (frame), secure fleet availability for Special Events, Pre-Booked, and On-Demand services (performance) to help achieve performance targets in both cities (deliverable).
Execute Chauffeur Incentive Programs
With the Chauffeur Trainer and following incentive frameworks (frame), support rollout and tracking of chauffeur incentive programs (performance) to boost booking fulfillment and service quality (deliverable).
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations, mobility, transportation, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Experience managing operations in the Middle East, preferably within KSA, is an advantage.
- 3+ years of Fleet Operations experience
- Experience with Vendor/LSP Management
- Team management/people leadership experience
- Data-savvy; SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication skills both in English and Arabic
- Deep understanding of KSA market dynamics and cultural considerations
- Strong problem-solving and incident-management capabilities
- Customer-service mindset with high attention to quality and compliance
