CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To Provide day-to-day internal communication related tasks with the ability to deliver key message points to Almarai employees and perform variety of editorial duties in preparation for final publication to improve employee engagement and increase employee retention.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in business-related field, such as HR, marketing, etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Recommended to be Fresh Graduate as essential, and one year of total experience in a relevant field. Previous proven experience in Communication as desirabl COMPETENCIES: Communication skills. Ability to work as a team player. Computer literate. Knowledge of MS Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Well conversant with social communication process. Idea-driven individual.
