DescriptionJob Purpose:
The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with GACA, CAMO, GMM, and CAMP requirements, managing timely and efficient aircraft maintenance processes, ensuring maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with GACA, CAMO, GMM requirements, and the Continuing Airworthiness Management Program (CAMP).
- Ensure all aircraft maintenance tasks are properly monitored and completed within established timelines.
- Develop comprehensive work packages for scheduled maintenance tasks and ensure their accurate distribution to the maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with external MROs for the timely execution of outsourced heavy maintenance events, including C-checks, engine changes, landing gear changes, and other major maintenance events.
- Work closely with the Material Planner to ensure all necessary components, consumables, expendables, and materials are available in advance to support both short-term and long-term maintenance tasks, ensuring no delays
- Schedule Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Engineering Orders (EOs) to ensure compliance within required deadlines.
- Plan and forecast Hard Time Component (HTC) replacements, ensuring timely part orders and compliance.
- Liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including MROs, to coordinate the planning and scheduling of maintenance events.
- Lead the C-check events at the MRO, conducting daily meetings to ensure the event meets the targeted turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure all material ordered and available before scheduling short term and long-term events.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum +2 years in related field
- Extensive understanding of MPD/CAMP/GMM.
- Good knowledge of GACA Regulations.
- Good knowledge of Aircraft Manufacturer’s Manuals and other documentation.
- Thorough understanding of the relevant APNs in the AMOS system
- Understanding of aircraft lease and ownership requirements.
