The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards, while achieving business objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and establish timelines. Manage budgets and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Lead project teams to deliver results according to established standards. Ensure project execution complies with quality, safety, and regulatory policies. Provide technical and advisory guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering or Business Administration preferred).4–8 years of project management experience, preferably in government or strategic authorities. PMP certification or equivalent. Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management skills. Excellent command of Arabic and English.
