We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our client's team in KSA. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with occupational health & safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture across site operations.
Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor H&S policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments and site safety inspections Deliver safety inductions, training, and toolbox talks Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards Stop unsafe acts and support corrective actions Respond to incidents, support investigations, and prepare safety reports Coordinate with subcontractors on safety inspections, audits, and documentation Track and report H&S performance and trends
Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction H&SStrong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices NEBOSH / IOSH certification required Degree in Safety Management or related field Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and Arabic
