About the role:
To provide, highlight and advise the sales management on business trends, distribution issues, seasonal Indexes, opportunities (market share & distribution), wastage controlling through various business related management reporting on continuous basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seasonal index calculations in APO and maintain a complete overview of past and upcoming events across sales, logistics, competitive activity, and holidays.
- Publish timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering volume performance, wastage trends, and sales/distribution opportunities or issues.
- Estimate initial volumes for new products and product changeovers in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Support demand forecast analysts with “Like Modeling” for NPD and changeover plans, coordinating closely with regional teams.
- Ensure timely setup of all new products in SAP and SARAS to enable smooth planning processes.
- Assist the demand forecast manager with budget‑related analyses, including volume and wastage forecasts for Sales and Marketing.
- Contribute to the 5‑year volume projection plan through system modeling and scenario development
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with overall business awareness.
- 1–2 years of experience in planning, sales analysis, or reporting.
