• Lead and oversee electrical works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and approved standards.
• Provide technical leadership and coordination for electrical systems including lighting, power, distribution boards, earthing, and ELV systems.
• Review, coordinate, and approve electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions in collaboration with the Technical Office and Project Management teams.
• Prepare and manage electrical documentation such as submittals, method statements, RFIs, BOQs, and material approvals.
• Monitor quality standards, testing & commissioning requirements, and overall electrical performance across projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Support project planning, progress monitoring, and resource coordination without being limited to full-time site presence.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, as-built drawings, and handover requirements are maintained.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical fit-out practices, standards, and procedures within the company.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12-17 years of experience in electrical works within interior finishing / fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage and ELV systems and relevant electrical standards.
• Proven ability to review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Experience in coordination, technical leadership, and project support roles.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering tools; familiarity with Revit or MS Project is an advantage.
