Job Details

Job Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Gather and analyze financial business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS solutions. Configure accounting setups, chart of accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting structures. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to financial transactions and reports. Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for customizations. Support integrations with external systems and banks. Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Manage data migration, integrations, and reports related to HR systems. Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll regulations, and audit requirement Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.7 years of Experience in a similar role Strong experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation. Ability to work with technical teams for integrations and custom reports. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
