Job Responsibilities
(I) Inspection Management
- High-risk Inspection: Organize joint inspections of operator computer rooms with multiple parties in accordance with Tencent's high-risk inspection standards to conduct in-depth identification of potential risks and hidden dangers of critical equipment.
- Routine Inspection: Perform routine inspections of managed operational computer rooms, audit inspection quality, and promptly identify major incidents, equipment alarms, and fault issues.
(II) Facility Modification Management
- Plan Review: Review facility modification plans to ensure that the timeline, data completeness, content integrity, and feasibility of the plans comply with Tencent's management requirements.
- Modification Evaluation: Organize operators to participate in modification evaluation meetings, collect and submit modification plans, and follow up on expert review comments throughout the process to promote implementation.
- Implementation Follow-up: Complete on-site preparation checks, material verification, and tool verification before modifications; track the compliance of important modifications and compile and submit major modification reports.
(III) Facility Drill Management
- Plan Review: Collect and review facility drill plans, provide review opinions based on computer room characteristics and risk points; classify and screen drill projects requiring key tracking according to drill type and importance level.
- Implementation Follow-up: Conduct on-site follow-up of the entire drill process, use the "piercing method" to inquire about participants' and non-participants' familiarity with the drill, and output drill quality feedback reports based on on-site observation and questioning.
- Quality Audit: Collect and organize completed drill summary reports, and evaluate the overall drill quality.
(IV) Incident Management
- Major Incident Follow-up: Conduct on-site tracking of the handling process of major incidents and faults, record key node information, and identify and report potential risk events during the handling process.
- Progress Follow-up: Continuously track the resolution progress of unresolved incidents and faults, and urge the completion of root cause analysis, review summaries, and full-scale inspections of incidents.
(V) Ad-hoc Support Work
- Special Investigation: Collaborate to complete special investigation tasks related to data centers.
- Data Statistics: Complete data statistics related to the operation of computer room infrastructure as required, including power consumption data, rack usage data, etc.
- Inspection and Audit: Conduct on-site inspections as required, and assist the computer room manager in completing infrastructure-related audits, such as computer room health status inspections and internal audits initiated by users.
- Renovation Support: Provide implementation and acceptance support for various minor on-site engineering renovation works.
- Energy-saving Optimization: Collaborate with Tencent to promote the implementation of energy-saving optimization-related work.
Skills
Qualifications
- Education & Major: College degree or above, with a background in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data center infrastructure operation and maintenance management; familiar with daily operational processes such as on-site inspection, maintenance, drills, and modifications of data centers, as well as quality audit work.
- Professional Skills: Possess fault diagnosis capabilities for data center power distribution systems, HVAC systems, and low-voltage electrical systems. Priority will be given to candidates with low/high voltage electrician operation certificates, HVAC-related certificates, or data center infrastructure professional certifications.
- Comprehensive Abilities: Excellent management and coordination skills, as well as strong communication and expression skills.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
