Responsibilities:
ㅡ Robot Service Operation
- Start and end of service
- Robot map management and updates
- Management and updates of service-related facilities
ㅡ Robot Service Monitoring and Issue Response
- Real-time service monitoring
- Troubleshooting platform/robot/service issues during operations
- Recording and sharing issues and resolutions
- Manual delivery when robot delivery is not possible
- Handling inquiries and service issues from store managers and customers
- Regular/on-demand inspection and repair process management for service robots and charging stations
Skills
Required Competencies:
- Proficiency in PC-based web browser tools, OA tools, and collaboration tools
- Ability to understand the robot service workflow and handle situations appropriately
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in integrated control/monitoring services
- Experience operating service robots
