ResponsibilitiesOur newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Project Coordinator to join our PMI division based in Riyadh. KSA. This position is responsible for supporting the Project Controls function from the core office, providing essential administrative, coordination, and reporting support across cost, schedule, and performance management activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and supports multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent project information.
The position is office-based and works closely with Project Controls, Commercial, and Project Management teams.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Project Controls & Reporting Support
Assisting in the preparation, consolidation, and distribution of project controls reports, dashboards, and presentations
Maintaining cost, schedule, and performance data within approved systems and templates
Supporting monthly reporting cycles, including data collection, validation, and formatting
Tracking key project controls deliverables and reporting deadlines
Administrative & Coordination DutiesMaintaining project records, logs, trackers, and document registers in line with company standards
Coordinating meetings, workshops, and reviews, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
Supporting internal governance processes and audits related to project controls
Ensuring accurate filing and version control of project documentation
Systems & Data ManagementUpdating and manage project controls tools, spreadsheets, and databases
Supporting consistency and compliance with project controls procedures and best practices
Assisting with data quality checks and reconciliation of information from multiple sources
Stakeholder SupportLiaising with project teams, consultants, and internal departments to obtain required information
Providing administrative support to Project Controls Managers and Analysts
Responding to internal queries related to reports, data, and documentation
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years plus partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in an administrative, project support, or project controls support role (preferably within construction or consultancy environments) is essential.
