Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide professional eyelash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, lash lifts, and lash tinting (if applicable)
- go to clients’ homes with all required tools, products, and equipment (we offer the ride & all the equipment)
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and tool sterilization standards
- Conduct client consultations to assess eye shape, preferences, and suitability
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the service
- Maintain a clean, organized work area at each appointment
- Manage appointments and ensure punctuality
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience as a lash technician (preferred)
- Knowledge of lash products, adhesives, and application techniques
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends
- Professional appearance and attitude
