Job Purpose To manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy of financial records and reports, maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and support management in financial planning and sound financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and bank transfers. Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with approved accounting standards and policies. Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and submit them to management. Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlement of balances. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank accounts. Support budget preparation and track actual spending against approved budgets. Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities. Monitor financial obligations and contracts and ensure accurate accounting treatment. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial data and documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations. Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support decision-making. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records and documentation. Contribute to improving financial controls, procedures, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience2–4 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role. Previous experience in financial, investment, or Fin Tech companies is preferred. Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
