Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Legal Specialist. The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal advice, consulting on various legal matters, preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and addressing legal issues as they arise. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on agreements, and offering insights on legal policies and procedures relevant to the operations of the company.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Law, with a focus on legal consulting and providing sound legal advice. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling various legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and address complex Legal Issues effectively. Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills. Relevant legal certifications or a degree in Law. Professional fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable. Familiarity with healthcare and medical device regulations is a strong advantage
