Job Purpose To support investment decision-making through analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of investment opportunities across various fund structures in a regulated investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities across financing funds, private equity funds, and real estate investment funds. Assess business, asset, and fund valuations using appropriate financial and investment methodologies. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions. Analyze risks, returns, and performance of current and potential investment funds and portfolios. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and sector developments relevant to investment activities. Prepare investment memoranda, analytical reports, and presentations for management and investment committees Participate in due diligence activities for investments, funds, and acquisition opportunities. Review historical investment performance and extract key insights to support future decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and relevant authorities. Coordinate with internal teams (investment, finance, risk, legal, and governance) to support end-to-end investment processes. Participate in meetings with fund managers, clients, and senior management as required. Identify material risks, discrepancies, or performance issues and escalate them to senior stakeholders in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement of investment analysis tools, methodologies, and reporting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in an investment-related role within CMA-licensed entities. Experience with financing, private equity, and/or real estate investment funds. Strong financial analysis, modeling, and research skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
