Wheekeep is hiring a Junior IT & Systems Support Officer to support our internal systems and websites. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their IT career who understands modern business tools and wants real responsibility, not busywork.
What you’ll do Provide first-line IT support to staff (accounts, access, basic troubleshooting) Support and maintain Odoo (users, modules, day-to-day issues) Manage and update Webflow and Word Press websites Assist with system integrations and basic automations Help document processes and improve internal workflows Work closely with operations and marketing teams
What you should know Basic experience with Odoo Working knowledge of Webflow and Word Press General understanding of websites, hosting, and cloud tools Comfortable troubleshooting and learning on the job
Nice to have Basic HTML/CSSERP, CRM, or automation tool exposure Awareness of IT security best practices
