Role Accountabilities:The purpose of this job family is to lead sirar's data management efforts by developing data frameworks, strategy, and governance processes, ensuring data quality, fostering a data culture, and collaborating with stakeholders to realize the organization's data management vision.
Roles & Responsibilities:Supports in developing data management framework requirements of master data, data quality and architecture. Supports in developing data governance processes and improvements to meet organizational needs. Ensures implementing data management policies and procedures. Supports the data quality program and ensure continuous improvement. Participates in developing sirar data strategy and ensure having clear roadmap aligned with corporate strategy. Ensures data management program and related projects to achieve data strategic objectives. Supports executing data change management program.
Skills:Advance proficiency in data collection and analysis. Advance proficiency in reporting skills. Intermediate knowledge in business acumen. Advance proficiency in managing database software. Intermediate proficiency in data processing functions and developing system data structures.
Academic Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Years of Experience:A minimum of 2 years in relevant experience.
Professional Certification Preferred:Relevant certification in (DAMA, CDMP) is preferred.
