Role Overview Talent Acquisition Manager (Technology) The Talent Acquisition Manager will own and lead the end-to-end hiring function for a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing recruitment team, delivering hiring outcomes for critical technical and corporate roles, and ensuring hiring execution directly supports business growth. Reporting into senior leadership, this role combines strategy with hands-on delivery, acting as a key partner to business leaders while maintaining direct accountability for hiring performance, team capability, and process excellence across regions. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of recruiters across technical and non-technical hiring Set clear hiring targets, KPIs, and accountability for the recruitment function Hire, onboard, and develop recruiters to support scale and changing business needs Establish consistent recruitment standards, governance, and operating rhythms Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning Translate business plans into actionable hiring roadmaps and workforce plans Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and Corporate leaders to forecast and prioritize hiring needs Balance speed, quality, and cost while managing hiring demand in fast-paced environments Own delivery for permanent and contingent hiring Tech Hiring & Execution Oversee hiring for complex technical roles including engineering, product, data, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity Ensure structured, fair, and scalable interview and assessment processes Act as escalation point for critical hires, difficult searches, and senior technical roles Drive consistent candidate and hiring-manager experience across regions Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Strengthen employer value proposition for technical and digital talent Partner with Marketing to improve employer brand presence across Linked In, careers pages, and tech communities Support participation in tech events, meetups, and talent pipelines Data, Tools & Process Optimization Own recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, cost, and DEI indicators Use ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency and visibility Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation and simplification Produce regular hiring performance reports for senior leadership Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Embed inclusive hiring practices into job design, sourcing, and interview processes Train hiring managers and recruiters on bias awareness and structured interviewing Build diverse pipelines aligned with business and regulatory expectations Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage and optimize relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors Control recruitment spend and ensure value-driven vendor usage Act as the primary recruitment point of contact for business stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline8–12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with direct people-management responsibility Strong background hiring at scale within technology, digital, or product-led organizations Demonstrated experience leading recruiters and delivering hiring outcomes in fast-growth environments Solid understanding of technical roles and competitive tech talent markets Key Skills & Competencies Proven people leadership and team development Deep expertise in tech recruiting and hiring operations Workforce planning and execution ownership Data-driven decision-making and performance management Strong stakeholder influence with hiring managers and senior leaders Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills Success Metrics Hiring targets consistently met for priority technical and business roles Improved time-to-hire and quality-of-hire High recruiter productivity and engagement Strong hiring-manager and candidate satisfaction Scalable, repeatable hiring processes that support growth
