The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate must be focused and have exceptional communication skills. Technical and verbal presentation skills are a must. Responsibilities & Tasks:Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s sales & marketing strategies, and its PR activities. Control all organization sales, marketing and PR activities including media relations, client acquisition and materials when needed. Coordinate client/media interest and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to client/media requests. Regularly conduct market research and tackle on potential marketing and sales opportunities. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Polishing Rayz brand image externally and internally. Searching for suitable solutions/products and software to develop quality of services offered. Help in procurement of software needed or suitable for developing existing work. Aid in vendor/supplier registration with prospect clients. Developing and maintaining good relationships with external supply chain and strategic partners. Foresee potential PR recognition opportunities (including events, media, workshops... etc.) Constant research for potential opportunities for award/associations/industry recognition.
Tasks (but not limited to):Develop and package the services and products offered to market. Set the sales & marketing strategy. Develop the company profile and representation of its services. Develop and maintain a strategic perspective based on market needs. Develop and maintain the sales full processes. Develop the positioning of the organization image and its PR activities.“Sell” the services of Rayz, including add-ons of new products (i.e. consulting, training, strategies… etc.) as well as 3rd party services (printing, video production… etc.). Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the sales & marketing activities. Develop and enhance the organization’s image and position within the market and the general public. Receive and evaluate leads. Prepare project brief and onboarding process to operations. Trial new services, search and define potential additions. Meet with potential clients and understand their needs. Follow up on sales and closing leads. Develop, prepare and pitch proposals.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3 - 5 years prior industry related sales or business development experience. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven knowledge and execution of sales pitches.
