Double Vision Company is seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer for SEC High Voltage Transmission Projects in Riyadh. Job Requirements Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SEC High Voltage Transmission projects SEC-approved Planning Engineer (mandatory) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline) Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6 preferred) Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain the project baseline schedule in compliance with SEC requirements Prepare, update, and analyze detailed construction schedules, including revisions and recovery plans Monitor project progress and perform schedule impact and delay analysis Prepare and submit daily, weekly, bi-weekly (two-week look-ahead), and monthly progress reports Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure accurate progress reporting Prepare earned value analysis (EVA) and productivity reports Prepare, review, and support project invoices, payment certificates, and claims submissions Track manpower, equipment, and material resources against the approved schedule Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation and recovery actions Support project management in variation orders, extensions of time (EOT), and contractual planning matters Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with SEC standards and project contractual requirements Participate in project meetings and provide planning inputs to management and clients
