We’re hiring a Generative AI Content Producer who can consistently deliver photorealistic AI images and cinematic short-form AI videos (5–15s). You’ll turn creative briefs into repeatable outputs using strong prompting, Higgsfield workflows, and post-production cleanup. Key Responsibilities AI Image Production Generate photoreal campaign visuals (product, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury). Match references precisely (lighting, lens feel, composition, textures, skin, fabric). Produce consistent sets across multiple scenes and iterations. AI Video Production (Short-Form) Create 5–15s cinematic clips using Higgsfield and other AI video tools. Control camera direction (push-in, dolly, handheld feel, framing) through prompting. Reduce common AI artifacts (warping, hands/faces, texture drift) through iteration. Prompting + Workflow Systemization Write strong, structured prompts (image + video) that produce repeatable results. Build and maintain Potimize prompt packs per client (templates, constraints, style rules). Maintain a Higgsfield prompt library (scene templates, camera templates, iteration notes). Document workflows so quality scales across projects. Post-Production + Delivery Cleanup/compositing, retouching, color matching, upscaling. Export platform-ready specs (Reels/Tik Tok/Stories + variations). Deliver organized files with versioning and clear naming. Collaboration Work closely with the creative lead/account team to translate briefs into outputs. Iterate fast on feedback and communicate constraints early. Hit deadlines without quality collapsing. Requirements (Must-Haves) Portfolio with photoreal AI images + AI video (required). Higgsfield experience (required) with proof (2–3 examples). Strong prompting ability (structured prompts, repeatable outputs, fast iteration). Photoshop (required) + one of (Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci) (required). Can follow references accurately (not “my style only”). Clear communication and production discipline. Nice-to-Haves Comfy UI / node-based workflows, Control Net, LoRAs, character consistency pipelines. Luxury/fashion/beauty advertising background. Motion graphics basics + sound design familiarity.
