Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology product implementations with a strong focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion within the government and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects, particularly in the areas of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion implementations and possess a deep understanding of government regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Oracle EBS & Fusion Implementation: Manage and oversee all aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion implementations, from initial assessment through to deployment and post-implementation support. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to ensure project objectives align with business needs and regulatory requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact the project timelines, budget, or quality. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary tools and support to meet project objectives. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all project activities comply with government regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of governance. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, documenting progress, risks, and key decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on technology product implementations. Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion implementations is essential. Previous experience in managing projects within the government sector, with a strong understanding of government processes and compliance requirements. Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives within the public and private sectors. Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel Project Management Skills:Strong command of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent. Strong follow-up and communication skills Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior project managers. Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong writing skills for reporting and documentation. Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
