Double Vision Company Limited is looking for an experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our team for SEC High Voltage Transmission Projects in Riyadh. Job Requirements Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SEC High Voltage Transmission projects SEC-approved QA/QC Engineer (mandatory) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and QA/QC procedures Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in compliance with SEC requirements Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality procedures Conduct and coordinate site inspections for all civil works (foundations, duct banks, trenches, concrete works, road crossings, etc.) Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and SEC standards Coordinate with consultants, SEC representatives, and site teams for inspections and approvals Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions Maintain proper documentation for material approvals, test results, and inspection records Support progress reporting and invoice preparation by providing verified quality and work completion data Participate in internal and external quality audits Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements at site Assist project management in handover documentation and as-built quality records
