Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, administrative tasks, and support the Talent & Culture function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating office logistics, handling administrative processes, and supporting HR activities as needed. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient workplace and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities Office & Administration Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities Coordinate internal communications and support cross-team collaboration Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, documentation, and reporting Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
HR & Recruitment Support Assist with recruitment coordination for junior and mid-level roles Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support onboarding Maintain HR trackers, attendance, and leave records Support Talent & Culture initiatives as needed
General Manager Support & Business Operations Serve as a close liaison to the General Manager for day-to-day operational needs Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth business operations Assist in coordinating business development activities and scaling initiatives in KSASupport the GM in tracking key business priorities, follow-ups, and action items Help streamline operational processes to support business growth and expansion
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field1–3 years of experience in office administration, HR, or related roles Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
