Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for construction and facility management projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Establish work breakdown structures, define critical paths, and identify schedule dependencies across all project phases Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and conduct regular schedule variance analysis Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, clients, and senior management Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to gather accurate progress data and update schedules Identify potential schedule risks and delays, develop mitigation strategies, and implement recovery plans Facilitate look-ahead planning sessions with project teams Conduct schedule impact assessments for change orders, design modifications, and unforeseen conditions Review contractor submitted schedules for compliance with contract requirements Participate in project meetings to communicate schedule status, constraints, and recommendations Maintain a library of schedule templates and best practices to improve organizational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field5-7 years of experience in construction schedule planning and monitoring Minimum 3 years in a senior or lead capacity Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Thorough understanding of critical path methodology, earned value management, and construction sequencing Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and facility management projects Familiarity with building codes, construction contracts, and industry standards
