Job Overview:
We are seeking a female Business Development Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and arranging meetings for deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client-facing representative for the company
- Handle inbound and outbound calls using leads provided by the company
- Engage potential clients professionally and build initial rapport
- Understand client needs and present relevant services clearly
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the management team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Role Description
Salary, Reimbursement & Incentives
- Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000 –4,000 , based on experience and competency
- Commission: Per-client Commission
Additional incentives may be offered to candidates who demonstrate strong client management skills, fast turnaround, and high compliance accuracy.
